Take any animal, a dog, cat, kangaroo or lizard, and throw it in the water. Now all these animals are able to swim without having to take lessons. Note: please don't really do this as it might be seen as animal cruelty.

On the hand take a human being that has not learnt how to swim and throw them in the water, they are so smart and clever they they believe that they are unable to swim and drown.

Put a little baby in the water and they will be happy, smiling and enjoy swimming (they will obviously need some assistance though.) Because they haven't developed enough to realise that they can't swim, so they will happily swim.

It isn't just swimming, there is a lot of things in life that we can learn how not to do. In particular we seem to have put a lot of time and effort into learning how not to be happy.

Sometimes we have to overcome our fear and find the things that are inherit in us, whether it is swimming, being a good friend or just being happy.
