I have never been one to walk in the shoes of another. That used to bother me when I was younger, as I felt I never really fitted in anywhere, never quite felt like I belonged. But at the same time I prided myself on being different... on being me.
forging your own path
As I have gotten older, I have grown to realise that "being me" as it were, is really all I can do. I know that I walk a path that is just my own. And sometimes on that journey, I have company. And sometimes I don't. And that's OK too. Fortunately I have come to not only enjoy my own company, but to regularly require it. A little daily solitude replenishes and revitalises the soul.
On this journey we travel called life... I think it is important that we learn to walk our own paths in the end. Gaining inspiration and ideas from others is wonderful.. as long as you then take those idea's and make them your own. You didn't incarnate into a world of endless possibilities, just to be a carbon copy of those who came before you.
You have been given the opportunity of Life... go with that... run with that... create you own Path.
