When things in your life are going well, itís easy to live the good life. Your family and friends love you, you have enough money to do all the things you want to do, and even have some money left over for the fun things in life too.

But this situation can change, for a variety of reasons. One might be losing your job, or it may be injury or illness.
injury can be depressing
It might even be both of these things, and then, sometimes depression just kicks in, and you just donít feel like you can cope with everything any more.
If these things occur, itís important to try to keep a handle on things, consider the truth of your situation, and donít refuse any help that is offered to you. People really do love to help others, and youíre doing them a favour by letting them do a favour for you. Never forget that.
Never forget either, that your doctor can help out when you are feeling utterly hopeless. A referral to a psychologist may be enough to help you change your thoughts around, and you may be able to think about other ways that will help to re-organise your life.
If illness is causing you grief, there are often Peer Support groups available, where you can meet up with others who are dealing with the same illness that has hit you. Peer Support groups are where other people can help you coping with your new life, because they know exactly what you are having to deal with, because they have been in the same situation as you are in now.
Changing the way you think about your life might seem silly, but when you are able to look at your life differently, then you might be able to shift to a better way of life. Unemployment is never a fun thing, but not having a job might encourage you to finally undertake study youíve often thought about, but never been able to do anything about. Or you might be able to think about your hobbies, and find a way to make some money doing something you love to do.

going to markets, playing music Ė the ideas are only limited by your abilities and inclinations. For me, writing has always brought me joy. Iíve written poetry, a childrenís school reader, a memoir, and I write on several blogs. Iíve also done some writing for online content writing sites, including HubGarden. I enjoy doing this, and the money makes it even more enjoyable!
If you can find things you can do, and enjoy doing, it can help you to keep going, until the bad times become good times again. Never forget that other people really do like to help. Just remember, when things turn good again, itís good to ĎPay it Forwardí and help other people yourself. Doing this can help the world to be a better place!
