As Monday morning arrives again the rhythm of the working week kicks in. It's best not to think too much as the alarm goes off. Just get up, work through the morning routine to get out of the house and then the routine to get to the office.
Checking Facebook it's clear that you are not alone in this struggle. One friend is off to Sydney on an early morning flight. Others have updated their status with the events of the weekend - as if to stave off the Monday morning inevitability. Yet another one is worthy of envy - she's on holiday in Europe. Her selfies with the Mona Lisa are a bit of fun to ease the burden of the morning.
So it's off to work we go again, another week ahead, but before we know it Friday will arrive and we will lament another week gone - and how quickly. So kicking into the rhythm of life, including work, is probably the best thing to do on Monday mornings. It certainly works better than fighting it.
