There comes a time in our lives where we grow past limiting beliefs that we hold of ourselves.
If you, like me, have those voices of doubt and negativity that run in the back of your head, then you will be aware of the process that goes on.
How many times have you been on the edge and stepped back?
You choose to do something, something good, something that scares you, something that you have always wanted to do but have yet to try. You decide to go for it. You are primed and even excited!
Then the voices in your head start. What if you get it wrong? What if you get hurt? What if you look like a fool? What if you fail?
Yes, those voices. The ones that can run on and on in an ongoing litany, that end up being successful.
They scare you, and convince you that you are not the person for the job. They would have you believe that you are not going to be successful, that you don't have the will or courage to carry on with this.
And you believe it.
Our thoughts can be deceptive!
You don't go on that trip of a lifetime. You let opportunities go by you because the voice has convinced you that it is too scary, too hard, not for you.
How many times have you let the voice in your head win? Me too - way too many to count.
So what if this is the time you decide to send the voice packing? Don't listen to it when it comes from a negative perspective. Keep telling yourself that if you take it one step at a time, you can achieve anything. It could be a job change, a move to a new city, getting out of a bad relationship, or just taking on something that you have always wanted to do.
Take action, one step, little by little, and believe in yourself. You can do it and I can do it too! Let's do it together. Let's take that leap of faith, jump off that fence and get going with the rest of our lives!

Start with one action. Deciding is an action. Now move toward that. Plan, move, do, go for it! And before you know it you are doing the thing you feared and the thing you dreamed of!
You are the key to your own happiness!
Now soothe the voice, let it know that, yes, you are scared, that you can have fears and worries but you want that to motivate you, to get you moving, and you need that voice to become a voice of inspiration and encouragement.
Talk positively to yourself!
Just imagine all the possibilities that we can accomplish!
